കേരള റബർ ലിമിറ്റഡിന്‍റെ (KRL) ഔദ്യോഗിക ആവശ്യത്തിനായി ടാക്സി /ടൂറിസ്റ്റ് പെർമിറ്റുള്ള ഫോർ വീൽ ഡ്രൈവ് സ്കോർപ്പിയോ/ മഹേന്ദ്ര ബോലെറോ/ താര്‍ തത്തുല്യമായ (1 no.) എന്ന വാഹനം മാസ വാടക വ്യവസ്ഥയിൽ ആവശ്യമുണ്ട്.
